Sujai is a Strategic Brand Management graduate from IIM - Calcutta and a Post Graduate in Management from IMT - Ghaziabad.

Sujai is a seasoned business & marketing professional with 22 years+ of work experience across the region. He has an extensive business experience in key categories such as FMCG / Telecom / Aviation / Automobile and many more.

He has been instrumental in building from scratch, RCOM’s A2P SMS business & Reliance Communications’ E-Commerce business (called R-Cash) and evangelized Mobile Marketing as 360 concept, making Reliance a leader in these business verticals.

As General Manager & Head Brand Communication at Jet Airways he was responsible for entire Brand Communications for both Domestic & International operations of Jet Airways along with the LCC brand –Jetlite

Sujai is also a seasoned brand marketing expert and has worked for leading global advertising agencies like Ogilvy & Mather and Lowe Lintas & Partners.

Awnish Chaudhary
Business Head, South & East
Awnish has more than 24 years of experience with large telecom companies (Airtel, Reliance and Idea) and Engineering Company (Escorts) in India, mainly in the areas of sales & marketing, business development, partnerships & alliances, branding and communication, product management and program management.
He has worked extensively to develop large partnerships with OEMs such as Apple (iPhone), Blackberry, Samsung, Nokia, Sony, HTC, LG and other several local Smartphone brands for joint GTM to improve data penetration among B2C as well as B2B customers. This has given him a large exposure to manage Enterprise Sale from pre-sale pitch to end to end solution delivery in key accounts as well as high value SME accounts across variety of verticals such as Banking & Finance, Technology, Pharma, Manufacturing and Services.
He had spearheaded the design and implementation of a complex 360 degree pan India communications campaigns (ATL, BTL and Digital) engaging multiple advertising, digital, media planning and direct marketing agencies managing an annual spent of approx. Rs 3.5 bn. Campaigns also included on-ground road-shows and local events to acquire enterprise customers, organization of press events, media and PR release, employee communication and social media campaigns.
In summary, his experience and understanding of Indian Enterprise and Consumer market, skill to develop long and lasting relationships with key IT, Media, OTT, OEM and Apps partners as well as strong and creative leadership skills to deliver the expected results, gives him an edge for strategic roles in any large organization.

Ram Gudipati

Ram has over 20 years of experience in branding and advertising, 9 of which are as the co-founder of Brand Harvest. His previous work experience spans agencies like Ogilvy, Lowe and Rediffusion DY&R where Ram was one of pioneers of Account Planning.
He has worked extensively on new brand launches across all the agencies he has worked for. Ram has delivered over 100+ communication and marketing lead projects across various industries and categories. He also spent a brief period as a consultant for Reliance communications in assisting them with the name change and branding program for Reliance ADAG.

Abhijai Srivastava

Abhijai has been a successful marketer across both online and offline domains. With rich expertise across core marketing functions like Advertising, Digital, Lead-gen & Sales, Product Launches, Branding & Positioning etc., he has hands-on expertise into the entire gamut of marketing nuances.

Having successfully managed marketing programs for Xerox, Spectranet, Square yards, GPI and other leading global companies and for his clients in JWT, Rediffusion DY&R.
He has a knack for identifying gaps in market opportunities and to produce relevant messaging & creative thus, building a robust sales funnel.
